Welcome. I am a qualified Nutritionist working with women who are looking to manage their Menopause experience. I work with women on a one to one basis to address issues and concerns including intestinal problems, energy, weight loss, management of menopause symptoms, amongst other issues. I also run a programme ‘Balance and Thrive’ which integrates evidence based lifestyle and nutrition principles to help women who want to feel energised in the 40s/50s and beyond and/or who struggle with menopause symptoms.

I am a qualified Nutritionist working with women who want to regain their energy and zest for life, and who are looking for natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms, from brain fog to night sweats, anxiety to hot flushes.
