Welcome. I am a qualified Nutritionist working with women who are looking to manage their Menopause experience. I work with women on a one to one basis to address issues and concerns including intestinal problems, energy, weight loss, management of menopause symptoms, amongst other issues. I also run a programme ‘Balance and Thrive’ which integrates evidence based lifestyle and nutrition principles to help women who want to feel energised in the 40s/50s and beyond and/or who struggle with menopause symptoms.
